Two women travelling in a share auto, who were allegedly harassed by two middle aged man during their commute, recorded their ordeal on video. The footage is being used to nab the offender.
According to the police, the women boarded the auto to Kukatpally from KPHB colony. Soon after they got into the vehicle, these men forcefully made accommodations to sit beside. Although it was an empty seven seater, they refused to find a place elsewhere. During the commute, they abused the girls, who caught the harassment on camera. They also threatened the auto driver with pocket knives. One of them snatched the phone away from the 19 year old victim.
“Names of the offenders Shah and Sunil are known. We have registered cases under various sections of IPC.’ says Inspector Govind.
